How to View Ticket Status

Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome or MS Edge, then access this link - https://ezcsmyzuelligpharma.freshdesk.com/

Step 2: Input your email address and password, then click login.

Step 3: Once you click the login button, it will redirect you to Home page.

Step 4: Click 'Tickets' or ‘View All Tickets’ button to view your ticket status.

Step 5: Ticket status will be shown on the right corner.
