How do I reset my password in eZCS?

Step 1: Go to eZCS Web Portal - https://ezcsmyzuelligpharma.freshdesk.com/

Step 2: Input your email address, then click ‘Forgot your password?’.

Step 3: Input your email address, then click ‘Reset My Password’.

Step 4: Open your email and click the link to reset your password.

Step 5: Input new password and confirm, then click ‘Update & Log in’.
